Sounds like (Just for creativity, and lolz): Her voice changes. A lot. Think a cartoon character with inconsistent voice-acting.
Background: Her parents were famous unicorns. world renown for their discoveries. She however was born a pegasus due to a mix-up of spells. One day an unfortunate accident, similar to the one that made her the wrong species, altered her dna.
Superpowers: At random times, her power changes. It could be anything from super genius, to super strength, to teleportation, etc.
(Optional) Weapons: A set of goggles that allow her to control her lazer eye power when it comes up, and has night vision capabilities, also a satchel of small metal orbs.
Costume description: Four rings around each foot. Black, Green, Red, White. No other "Costume"

Age: fixed at 28 since the ''accident''.
Personality: He's the typical background character in Canterlot: up-class, arrogant, and ''*****y'' character.
Sounds like: Tony Stark.
Background: He was a scientist in Canterlot's Laboratories For a Brighter Everyday that became insane, having no good results in his experiments. He transfered changeling blood in his system, like Saul, but the results... Turned worst than Saul's. He's Saul's nemesis, beeing the personification's of one's madness.
Superpowers: The experiment's results were to change his appearance. His mane now black and white, as well as his coat. He aquired the power to change place with his Shadow; making him invincible by doing so, but unnable to touch or harm anyting. Even using basic magic.
(Optional) Weapons: A sharpened kitchen knife, or anything he could find.
Costume description: His normal appearance is enough.
(Optional) Costume Logo: His cutie mark: a circle cutten in half: one half is black, the other is white. His cutie marks are only circles; the one on his right flank is white, the one on his left is black.
Other than that, an interesting fact: his only goal is to find a way to swap other ponies's genders. But the experiments will never succeed.

Personality: By day, Melodic Scale is a simple pony, happily living life with a steady job as a journalist and a loving marefriend. He has a bit of a fan-obsession with the renowned DJ, Vinyl Scratch, and has an even greater obsession with nachos. By night, he is InfraSound, the savior of Canterlot's streets, and occasionally nightclubs. He's a tad bit like deadpool in terms of cockiness, and enjoys helping the ponies of Canterlot.

Sounds like: A cross between Soarin and Francis from Friendship is Witchcraft

Background: Melodic Scale grew up in Cloudsdale, and was known in his school as "that annoyingly extroverted guy who always wanted people to check out the stuff he was into." As he grew older, he became interested in club music and soon moved to south Canterlot, which, unlike the upper city, wasn't full of rich uptight ponies. There, the nightclub scene was thriving, and he was frequenting as many clubs as he could, always on top of the new music there, and soon began writing dance music of his own, though he never really took off as a producer. However, Scale was aware that there was quite a bit of crime on the streets, as he'd seen a pony get mugged before him on more than one occasion, and decided that instead of being known for making a splash in the clubs, he'd make one on the streets and clean them up.With the help of his unicorn friend, Quick Fix, he created a device that would shoot a controlled soundwave at his target with extreme amplitude, the force of it blowing the target away.

Superpowers: The Sonic Boom, a speaker-shaped device on his chest that blows his enemies away and periodically deafens them.

Weapons: Hoof guantlets, for charging enemies from the air

Costume description: The body is a slightly maroonish purple and the neck and head are an aqua blue. the colors sort of fade between each other. Right above the Sonic Boom are the initials I.S. written in a blocky, bright red font.

Background: Ever since she was young Daybreak always experimented with magic, Trying to create her own unique spells and whatnot. One day she was fiddling around with a spell that shed been working on for months but ended creating a high pitched noise and she soon passed out, She put on earplugs and retried that spell after she woke up days later and ended up breaking all the glass in her house, After years she had finally found a spell of her own and decided to become a superhero.
Superpowers: Using magic, She is able to create extremely high pitched sounds that disorientates her foes, If done long enough it can cause severe brain damage to those affected, But in most cases they just faint.
Costume description: Grey cloak with dark blue trim and a dark blue mask with special ear plugs attached

Personality: Fun loving, laid back, situationally serious.
Sounds like: Yuri Lowenthal (Ben 10: Alien Force)
Background: Grew up alone on the street. Constantly having to live around villains in his childhood. One day, in a dire situation, a young filly was in distress. Several stallions were circling the poor mare. Out of sheer instinct, Nights jumped in the middle. As they began to attack he felt a sudden surge run through him. A big blast of what appeared to be a combination of dark and light energy blasted the stallions away. Saving pony's seemed right to him, so he chose his destiny. To this day he can't remember the face of the filly, but he'll never forget her.
Superpowers: Extreme control over light and dark magic. Has made several spells of his own volition.
Description: White coat with a yellow and black mane and tail.
Costume: White dress shirt, a black horn ring, and dark shades.

Sounds like: Nolan North (deadpool game)
Background: Tempest was born a normal person to a highly dysfunctional family in ponyville. He ran away as a teenager and bounced around the country like a gypsy, all the while getting military training from various sources until he decided to become a mercenary. He kept changing his identity whenever something went wrong with the mission. He moved to The griffon kingdom where he met a man by the name of tempest blade. Since he was Tempest, the name reminded him of his old self. When he was ordered to assassinate Tempest Blade., he accidentally killed the target's wife, Mercedes. In the end, Tempest blade ran away to eventually become the voodoo mercenary T-Ray When he was diagnosed with inoperable brain cancer, he volunteered for a subset of the Weapon-X program that was attempting to imbue a normal pony with Wolverine’s healing factor.

Since he has Equestrian citizenship, allowing him entry into the Weapon X program. The procedure was a success, but Lifepool, who took his name from the pool that the officers and scientists bet in as to who would die next in the experimentation, became severely mentally unbalanced as a result of it. He escaped the facility and has been wandering ever since. Some people might speculate that before his name was Tempest blaze his name was tinder though this isn't confirmed.

Superpowers: superhuman regenerative powers, superhuman stamina, natural strength, agility and reflexes, fourth wall breakage.
Weapons: smg's, pivstols, dual kitanas
Costume description: like deadpools but utility belt with his face on the buckle, magic propelled metal wings that fold out and black with blue stripe. (basically his improved suit he got from Luna at the end of the last one)

Age: 16
Personality: Chronically weak and timid, but with a heart of solid gold, Flutter Belle tends to require and depend on the help of her friends in most situations. She enjoys their company, but also enjoys solitude and time away from her friends where she can enjoy the sounds of nature. Just because she knows she's weak doesn't mean it holds her back, because she knows she's strong where it counts, with her overabundance of kindness, caring, and compassion. She's often worried about saying or doing the wrong things and also fears rejection. Speaking of fear, she's got a lot of it, often times letting her fear hold her back from doing even the most simple of things, such as jumping across a cliff. But in that fear, she can often find just enough bravery to stand up for doing the right thing if her friends need her.She may be naive and innocent, and she's very shy and quiet, but she's also a very good listener and are likely the one your friends blab on about their problems to — and while she may feel powerless to help at times, just listening and cheering them on means the world to them. Yay! As cute and quirky as a pony on a unicycle,Flutter Belle is usually having to much fun to even notice those other ponies staring at her. She loves life and keeps looking at through those rose-tinted (or should I say pink-tinted)specs! And what's the point of being happy if she can't spread the cheer with others? She can bring a smile to anypony's face and help turn those frowns upside-down!The music is in Flutter Belle's heart! Her talents lie in her voice:singing and speaking. She's very close to a small number of her friends, not breaching out very much. She is incredibly talented, but she often has trouble recognizing it. Like many creative ponies, she has trouble knowing who she really is. Her search for individuality is very time-consuming and troubling, but it's worth it in the end.Flutter Belle loves to have fun, but her own problems can rule everything sometimes. So she just has to keep smiling and giggling! Flutter Belle is soft spoken and a little shy. She is also unsure of herself. Gaming is Flutter Belle's thing! Flutter Belle possesses kindness! She has a big heart and she cares for those around her. She always puts herself before others and she would want nothing more than to help somepony in need.
