A crossover between FiM and the classic 1994 arcade fighter, "Killer Instinct." STORY: It has been five years since the mega-corporation (a corporate entity that has replaced governments) Ultratech was supposedly disbanded. However, they have begun to rebuild, and, using their interdimensional bridge-making technology, they have set their sights on Equestria. As a result, they once again organize the Killer Instinct tournament, this time, however, it will take place in Equestria. Ultratech invites a majority of the surviving fighters from previous tournaments, as well as newcomers from across Equestria. What they don't know is that Ultratech plans to make Equestria theirs.
