Who would like to see this idea happen personally I think it would be a good idea and I would love to see it happen?
I like the idea, but i don't think it would work out, as Queen Chrysi would most likely have found a way to backstab King Sombra. I don't think she would have worked good with any of the other villains, so yeah, even if they would have worked together in the beginning, Chrysalis would eventually have toppled and betrayed whoever she was working with. x3

Ok no one else likes this idea but seeing as Trixie was never really a villain in the first place, I hate Gilda and Discord is no longer evil these two are pretty much the only villains that can team up especially since Princess Luna stopped being Nightmare Moon after Friendship is Magic part 2 The Elements of Harmony.
i see sombra being basicly a normal pony cursed with darkness just like nightmare moon, my theory is that equestria is sort of enchanted and your emotions take a stronger hold on you, if you stay angry long enough it turns you sinister and powerful magic is needed to help redeem you, i was there when sombra was restored like luna was, hehe that was a fun fight keeping him busy so the others could help break the hold his hate had on him. as for the queen she is trying to feed her people, and so in my headcannon they needed to raid other cultures like vikings seeing as they were not really good at growing their own food, but i always saw it happeneing where she was only so heartless because of her father being that way and only after the failure to take equestria would she have learned the ways of peace and compassion. trust an old warrior who spends way to much time in his headcannon version of equestria, chrysalis and sombra both are on the side of good again, sombra is trying hard to learn to earn the respect of his subjects with the help of armor and cadence as well as his mother who was the original ruler of his empire, she used the same spell celestia used to make sure her and luna both survived the thousand years it would take to let the elements pss to new owners, and she knew that with new owners bith celestias sister as well as sombra could be possibbly restored. chrysalis has embraced peace and all that love that equestria has to offer and with some help from allies of mine she is starting to have plenty of food and supplies so her people can truly start to be something much better than they once were, infact last i checked both chrysalis and luna had returned from the castle in the changling empire where luna had been helping the queen further build the peace in her land as well as building upon the new alliance between her people and equestria, symbolized byt a town sitting on the border of both kingdoms, that has elements of both sides mixed together for its buildings to have a very unique look. ok so long story short in my head cannon, it hasnt happened yet but there is no reason, the 2 could not become friends and most likely will meet even if just briefly
