I did a DuckDuckGo search for EDC and it was the second link. I saw that was a dance music festival and that explained a lot.
Shifting gears, I just saw that the winning team of the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona has a Bowsette decal in their car! XD
I'm surprised Nintendo doesn't go after the money. I mean I get they can't do her exactly the same, but they can do something similar.
Why though. I mean the fan base is already there. Heck they can even pull a misdirect to make it a separate character.
Do they necessarily need a reason to not want to do something? Sometimes it's best to just leave memes where they lie.
Most likely, due to the character's vast array of lewd fanart plus the fact that it isn't their own intellectual property, it's almost guaranteed that they will continue not to even recognize Bowsette's existence. Lewd fanart of existing characters is out of their control but them using what is essentially an OC, wouldn't be great for the family friendly image they try to maintain.
This year I wish there was a Superb Owl instead of the Super Bowl. I'm firmly on the side of "Can both teams lose?" My only hope to save it is that during the halftime show, the entire crowd just chants, "We want Taylor!" At least it created the Puppy Bowl, which I will probably watch instead.
I don't have access to Animal Planet, so I can't watch that. ()^_^ And I was really hoping Detroit could've made the Super Bowl this year. I'm no NFL enthusiast by any stretch--never have been--but I grew up watching a lot of pro sports back in Michigan, so I do have a tentative interest in the Lions.
Not remotely interested in the game. Kind of interested in the Gico Caveman, supposedly they're be back.
I've not followed any football for the past few years. Not even the Panthers. Racing is really the only sport I care about. As such, I'm super excited for Daytona in 2 weeks.
