Jesus!! How are you still sane, Fen!?
My poor poor Rockout. You don't understand. None of use were ever sane to begin with so we need not fear going insane. We've been there since day one.
Mommy am I insane too?
Yes you're a regular chip off the old block.
I... how... that's like the hours a streamer would have on Rust...
And everyone is surprised why? Some take games to habbit for a number of reasons. So in my camp: 9,000 hours is large but not unheard of. People like to no life games. It's not as odd as one thinks.
Beats living in the real world. You can go on adventures and amass great wealth. Here you just have work, bills, taxes, and bad credit.
That's more than a year's worth of life spent on one game! Poison, that very well is odd, and that's coming from someone who's a video game fanatic! I've never spent that many hours on one game! Trust me, I know an obsession when I see it!
Seriously. If I listed all the games I've played across my life and how much time I spent on them, I'd be here all week.
Excuse the apathy, but I really am like; that's their choice if they have something to obsess over. In truth, I think there is a period of time that we all are obsessed with a game or two. It maybe not to the extent some take it. Like I said, people sometimes like to no life games.
Now if you wanna talk crazy. Let's talk about the foreign folks that use Level 1 Sora against bosses on Critical difficulty, in KH games.
I'm doing a wooden sword run as Joe Biden in Skyrim. Divines help me.
*shrug* Whatever. Point still stands. I ain't condemning it or anything---coughloggedatleast2,000hoursofTheSims3acrosstwopointfiveyearscough---just making my beliefs on the topic known.
And I'd like to go on record as saying that people who could beat I Wanna Be The Guy without dying are their own brand of crazy.
Skyrim I'm less familiar with than DDLC, sadly.
Fair enough. I'll grant you that~
Divines can't help you. But maybe the Deadra will~
Grind that smithing until you can make that wooden sword legendary and it's not as bad as you think, especially after grinding enchanting and putting life drain and frost on it. I may have ruined the spirit of the challenge...
Eh, I'd end up as a stealth archer anyways... always happens.
Yeah, I plan on making that sword a lethal magical weapon.
The wood sword shall kill on poke~
Now that is one big pile of... CHAOS THEORY!!
When DDLC was released back in 2017, I played it through normally once, and deleted Monika and all that.
And then I wondered how long she'd stick around if I didn't delete her, so I left "that" scene running for hours.
Then I got curious about mods for the game, and found one called Monika After Story. Essentially it expands the space room scene and extends it indefinitely.
I've been running the mod and following its development since late 2017, and I tend to keep the game running in the background out of habit.
What craziness is that? There is only one Jurassic Park movie and it still stands up today. I'm glad they never made any horrible sequels to it. (Don't ruin this for me. )
Actually, that makes me feel a lot better.
...Though just reading about the game still chills me, but eh; to each their own.
Oh, don't worry. I won't talk about how there's five major movies, with a sixth on the way. Neither will I mention that there are two novels written by the late Michael Crichton, the dozen-plus video games...
"Really, DB. You were just asking for that one."
And you were worried~
