DISCLAIMER: I need experience in hosting RPs, please forgive any mess ups. So this was obviously inspired by @Uglarinn's Club Myst, a fun RP that was gone before its time. Setting will be a little bar, somewhat in the middle of nowhere, between Canterlot at the Crystal Empire. I'll be doing this sign-up in Ug's style, very casual, no real need to get approved by me before you enter. Just post a thing here and start playing. Though it may be Equestria-based, I really don't mind what species you come in as, this isn't really meant to be taken extremely seriously. As far as I'm concerned, you can come in as a damn Xenomorph. And no character limit. If you want to bring in seventy characters, be my guest. So, character sheets. Life story isn't necessary, I'll live if you just throw in their reasons for being at the bar, which is what I'm going to do. I'll sheet up first, but you don't need to do yours exactly like mine. Name: Maya Species/Race: Pony/Pegasus Gender: Female Age: 1,023 (estimation) Appearance: She's the one on the left. Bio: Maya recently got bored and decided to open a bar. With help from her husband, Skydust, and friend, Azrael, she managed to make this abrupt vision a reality. The odd location was entirely her idea; it gives travelers a decent place to 'chill' on their journeys, and being built outside city limits means no taxes. Business may not always be booming, but she doesn't mind. She's having fun meeting and serving new and interesting ponies nonetheless. A master alchemist, it's not completely out of the question for those who know of this skill set of hers to order a potion in place of an adult beverage. And with that, I will post the actual RP when/if I see some people taking interest here. Name: Architect (Arch) Species/Race: Existential Being Gender: Unknown Age: Unknown Appearance: Well dressed male human, mid 20s, gold eyes with a ring of silver around iris. (Pony) Just remove eyelashes and make the muzzle that of a male's. Issues with the program I used. Mane is like Luna's. But when his power is low, the mane and tail revert to 2 to 5 shades of gold. Bio: Came to be. Gained powers innumerable, and used them for good. Got a dimension as a home. Uses Immense levels of high end technology, built own starship empire. Ended up losing powers and regained them, crash landed in Equestria, had been visiting regularly every few centuries. Much of Arch's past and life is unknown.
Name: Saber Species: Unicorn Gender: Female Age:N/A Appearance: White with a yellow main and tail, which are usually died and styled to be like Vinyl's mane and tail(hugely massive fan) Occupation: Curruntly makes money working 2-3 days a week as grounds keeper for the nature preserve near the bar, and stops in every night for a drink, and a few laughs. Bio: Grew up in an average family, with a lightly spoiled childhood. As a young teen, she was in a terrible accident and put into a coma. Woke up to find her parents had moved away leaving the house and a car to her name. Can usually be seen driving a Chocolate Brown 1970 Chevelle SS around the city, racing anyone who dared to try. recently bought herself a new car, which will be mentioned later. also dating shade if he decides to join, and wants to go with it..
I feel like tossing my other characters in, taking the load off Maya a little bit. I'll continue my trend of my bios containing what they have to do with the bar. My full backstories tend to be page rape, so... you're welcome. Name: Skydust (most call him Dusty) Species: Alicorn Gender: Male Age: 1,020 Appearance: (Very small, just under 3 feet.) Bio: Dusty helped Maya, his loving wife, come up with the blueprints for the bar without question. When Maya is running the bar, he is usually seen sitting inside, keeping her company. On the rare occasions the bar is busy to any meaningful degree, Dusty will hop behind the counter and help Maya make drinks. He also happens to be a pretty good healer. If you're unfortunate enough to somehow get hurt, get Dusty's attention, and he will heal you with his magic, no questions asked. Name: Azrael Species: Unicorn-earth pony hybrid Gender: Male Age: 67 Appearance: Bio: Azrael helped Maya with the more physical parts of creating the bar, like gathering resources and construction, though he was reluctant, seeing it as, quote, "A waste of time." If anything, the only reason he had any part in this is because he now does basically whatever Maya and Dusty say. He now often shows up to serve as a sort of security guard. Not much unruly behaviour has happened in Maya's Bar so far, but nonetheless, he can and will throw your sorry flank out if you start trouble. Aaaand done. With that, I think it's safe to start after I get home from class today, likely around 3 p.m. my time. This is always open, so please feel free to join in after we've started!
