AT this point I enjoy the comic more then the cartoon, even if it has delays too often. Looking forward to buying issue #3 next week. Also glad IDW has stated Twilicorn Twilight won't be in the comic book for a good long while *if at all* so they may very well play it smart & make their own alternate cannon for the comic, which would be nice. My only real nitpic, needs mroe Crusaders, hope we get a CMC story/ Mini-series down the line!

A comic series published by IDW that follows the FiM cast around. It'll be split into story arcs, with different writers and artists coming on-board for different arcs. This current one will end after 4 issues, presumably to be replaced by another 4-issue story arc. There's also going to be one-shot comics following each of the Mane Six. It's awesome. You should read it.
Hasbro has a bit less control over this comic, for instance, than they do the show. Probably one reason it has so much Derpy in it. As to delays... welcome to the world of comics. It's certainly nothing unique to FiM, believe me. Even the Big Two have made fans wait insane time lengths for certain mini-series and such at times.
Oh I know delays are quite common,especially with IDW *i've been collecting comics a good 15 years myself* But yeah still doesn't make set delays any less bothersome at times, specially when your so hyped for the next issue XD.
