Uhm, you just now noticed that blindbag Fluttershy uses the same mold (and vector design for the card) as Rainbow Dash?
Link didn't work for me, but it looks like you're talkin' 'bout them blindbag figures... They didn't make Fluttershy a separate mold for her blindbag, so all the pegasi, I believe, share Rainbow Dash's mold. However, a new fluttershy mold has been announced at this year's Toy fair, so these old fluttershys will likely soon go out of production and be replaced by a new mold, I believe.
Show accurate toys?! Wha?? Huh?!! *gasp* ...pardon, I need to go lie down and rest my poor ol' heart That and check eBay for some soon-to-be-discontinued blind bags...
