So,if I am right,Derpy is a (former) background pony with a serious medical condition.AND VERY ACCIDENT PRONE.So,how did she become the pony we all love?An animation error did it.Expecting to ruin it,the evil animation error derpified a Ditzy Doo, and turned her into DERPY!Later,she had a child,Dinky Doo,who isn't like her mother.Derpy was also given the ability to be like Captain Marvel,of which means she can transform from adult to foal.She was praised as a goddess from then on.
Actually, the fandom gave her Dinky. I'm pretty sure she appears as another background character's daughter in Sisterhooves Social, though. That's all besides the point, though. The petition explains the critical error of saying Derpy represents mental illness by first defining "derp".
