And it was here at last. Circuit Breaker couldn't believe it. Four long years of struggling to maintain his grades had at last come to an end. He couldn't believe he had made it this far. Of course, he was overjoyed, though he knew he wasn't going to be seeing his friends daily anymore, though this hardly bothered him, as he lived not too far from them. Though at first glance Rugburn looked to be a large, burly man dressed in a grey Hawaiian tee, khaki shorts and green croc shoes; with navy-blue skin, a beige mullet and green eyes... well, he was, but most people would assume that he was mentally stuck in 1991, ...and they would be right.
