Inseparable from birth, they were known across the nightclubs and party districts as being reknown party girls during their prime youth, and even singers at times. One day, one of the sisters met a young man at the club and quickly fell in love. The younger sibling, having been cursed to never have a family due to infertility since birth, watched in a bittersweet happiness. Nine months later, tragedy struck in the hospital room. The new mother had complications during childbirth, and died holding her newborn son. The father had been gone for nearly as long as she has, having died shortly after the mother merely two weeks later and leaving the child to live a life without any of his parents. What happened that ever since he was born, the younger sister stopped partying like a crazy-wild girl the moment the child was born. Regardless, over the course of the child's life, Mommy has been very affectionate and protective towards her adoptive son. Always making sure he had everything he needed, as much as keeping him from all dangers. But at the age of 10, life changed for the worst. The family was reduced to the bare minimum of poverty , and life turned into a living nightmare. Life didn't change until after an unspeakable night, the younger sister, now the adoptive mother of her dead sisters child, managed to secure a better life overseas. What happened after, is history...
On the other side of the planet, at around the same time, an Irish-American man needed to get his new car insured, and went to Los Angeles, where he fell in love with the insurance company's receptionist, a young Sino-Norwegian woman. They soon had a child, whom they raised with the love and care that so few parents could match. Eleven years later, they went on vacation to Hawaii, and had promised to take their son to a new movie. They were unable to keep that promise, for the plane had been hijacked by terrorists. The passengers fought back bravely, at the cost of their own lives ending at the bottom of the sea. As a result, the poor orphan spent the next five years in poverty, living in a hotel with barely what he needed to survive. It wasn't until he met an immigrant from Australia and had his longtime crush ask him out that things got, for lack of a better word, better. This is the story of that orphan and his friends...
Crimson Lionheart, an immigrant to America, had just managed to save the lives of nearly the entire student-board several months ago when teenage mobsters tried to kill him, and thought that the best way to get his attention was trying to hold his school hostage and almost execute his girlfriend. It didn't end well. Eight dead due to friendly fire by the goons, around Forty more injured by Crim himself, the remainder of the attacking thugs being arrested and an entire school of traumatized students. He was expelled as a hero, but came back shortly after having been performing some dirty deeds. He sat on the bench of the empty soccer oval. Training by the school team wasn't supposed to be taking place today, but it didn't stop him at all. He just sat on the bench thinking about things...and what could have been...
Circuit Breaker was the first friend Crimson had ever made in America, and he lived with his crush-turned-girlfriend, Rainbow Dash. He and his girlfriend had managed to stave off the earlier phases of the attack until help arrived from the Canterlot SWAT Team. He was very nerdy, but a good friend and a noble, valiant soul. He sat down at the bench next to Crim, and pulled out his Nintendo 3DS, since he had nothing better to do.
Crimson just looked out into the empty field, watching the trees across the oval as he suddenly had his phone go crazy in his pockets, playing his ringtone. It was none other then Auntie Winter, his "mother" in any sense of the word. And she just sent him a text...and whatever it was made Crim grumble. "Gotta head off man, Mum just sent a text..." He spoke in his Australian accent, which for some apparent reason, Americans loved.
"Catch ya later, man" Crim just waved before heading home in his car, a midnight black 1973 Chevrolet Malibu. Finding the car was surprisingly easy when him and his mother spent the tedious time getting permanent citizenship, but when him and Auntie Winter moved to America while using most, if not nearly all of their their life-savings gathered over the period of ten years to buy a house, the car came easy. Especially after getting his license. He just hopped into the car and drove off from CHS, wondering what on earth his mother would need....
Suddenly, Circuit heard his phone make a text notification sound. It was Rainbow Dash. Circuit shrugged and went home in his car, a silver 1989 Lamborghini Countach that Rainbow Dash had just recently imported. He wondered what she would need from him, as he wasn't sure what was happening...
4:31pm, Crim's house. Canterlot, USA. Spoiler: Music for scene The black Malibu pulled up onto the drive-way of a two-story house, parking right next to a much smaller car that his mother had. Upon walking towards the house, Crim opened the door to find his mother, or technically auntie, Winter Rush standing nearby the kitchen. She didn't look very happy, holding a photo of what appeared a teen standing in the middle of a burning soccer-field, surrounded by all sorts of broken bodies. The face was completely unmistakable. It was his. "Look....I can explain" Crimson tried to talk before Winter suddenly flew into a frenzy. "EXPLAIN WHAT!" Winter bellowed. "You are responsible for putting 30 thugs in a critical condition, and if I believe the rumors, that the entire reason the attack happened against Canterlot High was because of you. And don't get me started about you getting expelled! What the hell have you been doing for the past few weeks?" "Saving lives, mum." Crim said. "Look, things got bad the moment we got here! I helped save the lives of my best friends! Imagine what would happen if I didn't get there nor if the police never arrived. They were about to start killing innocent hostages! Teenage students who just wanted a good time, hell, Derpy almost got raped!" "But you were attacked by the Canterlot Mafia!" Winter yelled, which caused Crim to looked shocked. How the hell could she know about that? Winter continued. "I understand that the police seen you as a hero, but the footage that the news played of you beating the crap out of those....undesirable thugs in that alley way, you scared me. That footage could have made it back to Australia, and everyone that tried to hurt you will now know where you lie and....oh.....oh my goodness~" She said, starting to cry as she walked closer and closer. "You are my only son, Crimson. I can't have another. All I want to do is keep you safe, but the more you grow up, the more I watch him get into danger." Winter then pulled Crimson into a deep hug, her tears now streaming down her shirt. The old party-girl having retained her wonderful figure throughout the years, as Crimson's head was pulled directly between where any man in town would love to be: Between her large, voluptuous, full-looking breasts. "Mum, you're embarrassing me" He said as he tried to pull away from her to make things less awkward, but the crying Winter only pulled him closer. "All I want to do is keep you safe, my lil' rose~" She coo'ed sadly, to which made things super awkward. "Muuuuuuum..." Crimson groaned before Winter finally let him go. Winter looked at Crimson happily, despite the tears clearly running down her face as she placed both of her hands onto his shoulders to look at his face. "I just want to be apart of your life..." Winter said sadly. "You are a good person, your mother would be proud of you..." Crim had a soft yet proud smile on his face at those words. "I know....thanks Mum."
When Circuit pulled into the driveway, Rainbow Dash was waiting for him. She seemed happy. "Guess what?" she asked excitedly as he stepped out, "Crimson is inviting us to a sleepover, AND he's gonna have tickets to the new Godzilla movie! It's gonna be AWESOME!!" "Wow..." said Circuit, impressed, "That does sound cool..."
The next day Canterlot High School, 11:10am. Recess-break... The group of friends were all gathered around their table in the cafeteria, all enjoying each others company. Crim sat near the end of the lunch table, casually drinking a milk bottle while the others talked. Until Sunset decided to completely break the ice. "Hey Crim, I've never seen your mother." The red and yellow haired teen said, sitting besides from him. "Come to think of it, none of us ever met your mother . Everytime we suggest that we all go get a drink or an ice-cream, you kinda zone out. Are you ashamed of her or what?" Crimson almost spat-out his milk at hearing those words, choking for a mere moment. Winter was an amazing woman, working as hard as she's been working all those years to keep the family afloat. Especially back in Australia. The thing is that Crim feared she'd embarrass him in front of his friends. Especially around Sunset. "Well.... it's just that she's always so overwhelmed with her job and whatnot, I just don't want to be more anymore of a problem then what I already am" Crim replied. "But yeah, she organized the sleepover for all of us. She said it was about time anyway"
"Well...um....of course" Crimson said, slightly embarrassed. "I suppose so. We just need to head to my place after school"
"Ooh, what's the next step of your master plan, Crim?" asked Pinkie Pie excitedly, noticing the opportunity for a joke that was presented to her.
He just realised what she was doing, but continued to play along to make Pinkie happy. "Crashing at my place...." He said, trying not to laugh at the end
"WITH NO ONE LEFT BEHIND!!" Pinkie finished happily. Applejack simply chuckled. "Yes, we all saw Dark Knight Rises, Pinkie..." she said.
After school, 5.01pm Crim's place. While the others were beginning to arrive, Crimson had arrived only mere moments before they did after spending some money buying some drinks. Sunset was travelling with the girls, leaving Crimson alone on the way home. Once the other cars began to arrive, he sighed. He just hoped that they liked his mother, or if she would embarrass him. At least not to much...
First to arrive was Circuit in his Lamborghini Countach, followed by Rainbow Dash in her dark red 1969 Ford Mustang. "We made it!" said Circuit as he and Rainbow Dash stepped out.
As the others arrive, Crim awkwardly scratched the back of his head. "So um...here we are!" Although he was almost shaking in his boots, especially when Sunset arrived, he felt like this was the moment they'd been waiting for "Here goes...." Crimson said, opening the door as it swung open to show a hallway. No Winter, so far so good...
