    Who's your favourite Musical Pony?
    Octavia, Vinyl, Lyra, Sonata, Aria or Adagio?
    I've considered the Dazzlings as ponies, even if they aren't.
    My favourite is Octavia

    The reason why this is hard to answer is that, with the exception of the Dazzlings (who I DON'T count as Ponies), all of the others owe their personality and backstory to fanon. In canon, they have NOTHING. That means, with the whole "canon discussion only", it makes discussing them pointless, since they are not characters in canon, just background Ponies.
