Sorry I know about the rule about no posts trying to profit, however I don't plan to bring attention to this thread other than answering questions/replying to comments or compliments I just wanted to tell everyone about it. I hope it goes well. However, right as I was about to finish Lyra's cutie mark my friend who knew what I was making told me he found someone who was selling a similar thing, which made me cry a bit. I hope that material/eye/cutie mark quality help me out in this because I put a lot of money and time in these babies and have been wanting to make them for weeks. Thank you, I got the idea from a memory of a Simba and Nala toy I had as a kid that magnetically kissed. :3 Also your twilight is done hun. The big issue is my "proof picture" was taken with an even shottier phone camera than the ones for Lyra and BonBon (and I'm still away from the nicer better camera, I need to get my own good camera :|) so all the plushes look silly :| However even with that in mind someone picked up dragonbait's plush (it was the easiest to grab and the only minky one) and decided to commission one for their sister even though they never watched the show and their sister is 22. ^-^ So I feel like even though the pictures look derp real life compliments mean more than anything.
I'm thinking of doing a 12'' polar fleece Fluttershy contest where the winner just pays shipping, but I can't think of what to make the contest over.
I guess that means mine turned out well! Are there any pictures of mine up? Now I'm getting excited for it...
I'll have it up soon, the phone I used to take it is half an our away (I lost my phone but I ebay'd a camera that will be used for all photos so that I never have another bad photo session), it was hard to get a good angle to capture her bangs/cutie mark/tail, and I don't think you can even see her tail in the picture , can't wait for the camera to come. But yours was the only minky commission so she got a lot of compliments.
