As you can see, I haven't got a cutie mark, I'm no artist so I'm asking if anyone could scrap one for me? I think you can see the pony I made, the colours and such, if I could ask, one relating to Rainbow Dash or similar would be really cool! Thank you in advance ^^ Also if someone could think of a name for my pony, that would be pretty good too
Think about some things that you like and come up with a name and cutie mark for that, like hobbies, gaming, etc.

I looked up "annex" and it doesn't mean "wings." It means to attach or append, especially with territory. There are some noun definitions of it, but none of them are wings. Still cool, though. I think you came up with "annex" in the meaning of "wing" being "a wing of a building," which is an "annex of a building." Dark Velocity sounds cool, but I still suggest incorporating some of your interests.

Dark Velocity seems like an interesting name. One that popped into my head from looking at your list is Dark Matter.
Velocity being included in the name would sound nifty. I'd avoid anything like Dark though, massively negative connotations with deliberately bleak names of OCs (in all fandoms generally). Going along with the show's canon, the name is nearly always double barreled and directly insinuates the pony's core talent. With this character I would advise working from a talent or skill first, then adapting a name from that. A cutie mark will then be easy to decide upon.

Otherwise they'll leave a spider the size of your face in your toilet.:derpe: OT: One thing I did forget to mention in the possibility of a colour change. It is your character so it is entirely up to you whether you take this on board, but I digress. The black and blue mane & tail combo works well, very striking. The dark grey main coat as well? Not so much. I would recommend looking up basic colour theory and the colour wheel, an analytical concept used by decorators and artisty folk, which would show that most of the show's non-background characters use colour schemes based in the appropriately named colour harmony, e.g. Applejack with a mix of orange and yellow colours uses an analogous scheme, otherwise known as colours similar to each other. Other basic schemes involve opposite colours, purple and green, and schemes based on nature, like flowers considering the colourful nature of FiM. I'd say you have three basic options here: Change the grey to light orange. Change the grey to light blue (duck egg) or deep purple. Keep the gray coat but change out the black for light blue, deep purple or light orange.
Why not break the mold of a normal background pony and have an interesting color scheme like this pony's?
