California is in such a state that they think it's a good idea to make a 'New California'. The reason for this is due to regulations, taxes, and other legal issue that make the decision on this the main priority. You know it's bad if a state's people hate's itself. I'll openly admit that trying to live in California is nightmare. And there are new regulations being made seemingly on the near monthly.
Do it. It'll give Californians a whole new state to *squee!* up, instead of just moving to other states trying to turn them into California.
