The site says I should introduce myself, so here I am. My name is Jaden. I'm 31 and a PhD student working on my degree in entomology (bugs). I used to be a professional musician, but a severe hand injury ended that career about four years ago. I still write occasionally, but I never perform anymore and boy do I miss it! I'm a big MLP fan, watching through iTunes as I don't have cable TV. My favorite pony is Octavia followed closely by Pinkie Pie (contrast, much?). I'm quite fond of funny fan comics and videos about Octavia and Vinyl Scratch (like Epic Wub Time). That's about it. Looking forward to browsing this site and getting to know everyone.
I should probably ask: Can anyone tell me what fun is to be had here? Might make it easier to find my way around if I have a few good starting points. Thanks
