Hey everypony gamers, just to let you know, there is new MLP avatar items, a theme, and gamer pics on the Xbox marketplace. It's all really cool stuff, so if you have an Xbox and you want this stuff head over there.
Finally! Though a bit sad they used the stock vectors... Is the theme any good? I've never been too keen on the wallpapers Hasbro has made in the past. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 4 Beta
I didn't hesitate to buy when I saw this. The theme is just different pictures from Ponyville and the gamerpics are stock pictures, but all the princesses and Rainbow Dash are good. Being that Cadance is by far the best princess, I will choose her. Spoiler
Here's a page with the stuffles on it. http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/Search?query=My little pony&DownloadType=AvatarItem I'll be honest, there's not much that interested me- Awesome nonetheless. :3
The Rainbow Dash pet is pretty cool, but it's not worth $3. I almost never see that stuff anyways. Like, I completely forgot I had the Portal gun prop until I just checked the avatar store.
I didn't want the theme. The pics are cool though. I love the spike, applejack, twilight, and RD pics. And for the avatar items, they were cool, but I only wanted the white t shirt with the backpack
Anybody else think it was a little odd for Xbox to do this? I mean is MLP really considered to be a whole lifestyle? Regardless, I'll probably pick up one of the avatars so that it's clear why I'm called ThePoetic"Pony". It was fun on CoD: Black Ops when people used to see my pony emblem and raged about having their butt kicked by "pony scum"
*shrugs* Adventure Time, Spongebob and others have it too. They're considered "Lifestyle" according to where they're found in the avatar marketplace. I suppose it wouldn't be a 'whole lifestyle' as you put it, more of a complementing addition. Really though, it's just Hasbro paying MS for some further alleys of advertising and revenue (though when is it never?). I guess they want to squeeze more cents out of us.
Hey, I've explored every aspect of capitalism... People buy whatever companies put out there. I hate it sometimes, but that's the way it is. That's free enterprise.
