New user saying hi

Hi everypony
Pretty much just registered here after having a fun chat at EPR

Quick Introduction: i'm a 19 year old brony from The Netherlands, i'm a laserist for a living and am a 3D artist (I use 3ds max incase someone asks).
I'm specialised in 3D laser graphics but also make 2D ones (as one of the few people out there), we also have something called beamshows (which is more focussed on the beams then the projection)
I love the brony music and also love the MLP:FIM series, not too much of a collector of the toys but the music.. *drool*.

I am not sure if where i should post my content (as some is imagery and some will be video).
I will add some of the stuff i made for every brony out there to this topic.

It doesn't contain pony in the graphics though.

Somewhere next year I shall make a complete animated pony graphical lasershow for all brony's around the world though.

I hope I can fit in with the rest of the brony's here, please be easy on me.. i'm just a filly here still

it was live performed, i often premake shows (that is much better then live performing will ever be, but also expensive).

in that video i used my first laser projector
I now have 4 laser projectors, and the one in the video is the weakest by far.

Also please relocate my topic if needed ^^' i'm sorry i screwed up, i guess i'm a airhead brony.

 

3D graphics artists are already extremely rare actually.
For many reasons:
1. the equipment is very expensive.. especially the software.
2. People that have the money to afford the software, find the 3D software too difficult and confusing, most of the time not only that but nearly all of it.
3. 3D laser despite 3ds max being used is so much different and limitating from all other display technique's, we have to stay in certain boundries the galvo's (or simply said very precise motors) can handle.
4. most people use the graphics they get with their laser software as they are unable to make their own graphics, graphics makers are the most luxury you can get in laser display.
(despite i'm not expensive at all).

^_^ i'm pretty well known in the laser industry, but probly also one of the strangest out there.

Why lasers? well first of all it's light that isn't anywhere else in on the planet (no where in nature) laser graphics do not have a thing as resolution, they are vector based.
No screen or monitor or any other display on the planet has the same contrast ratio of a laser, the contrast ratio is one by a zillion ( a normal screen is one by a few thousand)

I've been doing 3D for 7 years and lasering for 1 year now, I have been improving randomly.
People have shown their apreciation for my "artwork" before, but nobody really has used the term fan yet.
