The main story goes like this; you wake up in a dungeon cell, with no memory of how you wound up in there. You find yourself with other prisoners trapped by the rulers of this castle, King Burdened Dusk and Queen Penumbra. You and the prisoners must escape, and stop these tyrants before they spread darkness to the rest of Equestria. Though don't expect things to go smoothly as Penumbra will always be watching putting up barricades to try and deter you from escaping. While Burdened Dusk holds a secret is he a corrupted soul forced into a life of darkness by penumbra? or just a master trickster? So if anybody is interested or has any questions write away.
