Non-Pony OCs

So I was sitting at my laptop (as I tend to do from time to time) and I was looking at a load of different OCs, other than pony ones. It made me think, what would my OC be if not a pony? In the end I just sat there for a while thinking up a pretty cool character who I'd like to represent me. Most of my inspiration actually came from Oblivion and Skyrim, where I play as an Argonian in both games and tried to get my character almost identical in both. So here is what I came up with in a description:

A 6ft 5' anthropomorphic dragon, very dark purple scales with them almost turning into a shade of black. Two wings can fold and unfold on his back, with small horned bone breaching each corner of the wings. The tail would be almost as tall as him, with small juts of bone protruding out of the top, differing in length from the base to the tip (largest at the base, gets smaller near the tip). His chest and torso would be made from thinner scales of a light shade of grey. On top of his head, there would be three pairs of horns, one small one near his forehead, one medium size in the middle, and the largest pair at the very back. Two small fin-like pieces of skin would stick out from where his earholes are. On his left eye would be a scar (which is where my Skyrim character actually got seriously damaged in a battle), leaving a slight pink scar trail from just above his eyebrow to the top of his cheek. His hands and feet would be anatomically human, however still with the dark purple scales coating them, albeit softer than the tougher scales on his body. A little brown tuft of hair makes a tiny fringe over his brow.

So anybody else have an idea for a non-pony OC? It doesn't have to be another animal of course, I know there are things like Homestuck OCs, Pokemon etc.

Fluttershy would like to be a tree for instance!
