This is going to sound very blunt, but if you don't sleep, you will die. Seriously, even though you don't feel tired, you should sleep.
i WILL watch mlp...................i MUST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! here i GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO over to the tv. i would love 2 die watching mlp fim! /BEST WAY TO DIE!/
52 hours!? Sweet Celestia, what have you been doing for the past 2 days? Besides partying... There are 2 solutions here: 1.) Roleplay -- It'll take your mind off of all the excitement and help you relax. Besides, you have to think about what to say, which could also tire you. 2.) Warm milk and a dash of honey. That's the best cure for insomnia, as well. Of course, reading also helps with this, so add that as a "bonus" to the beverage.
I'd go see a doctor. It's a serious issue, and lack of sleep causes slow reaction time, greater risk to illness because the body is breaking down, even death. I don't like being blunt, but it's a serious issue you cannot sleep at all.
Test is absolutely right here. Don't try to find something to do. Just sleep. Once you hit 72 hours without sleep you are legally insane, and after that you might just drop dead.
like i said i'm insane and crazy! plus i've been through things like this before... like.. fell from three stories, hit by car going 45mph, shot at, and more! my life is full of crazy.
Then sleep. You will literally lose your mind, and not in the fun way. Once you cross 72 hours, your mind will shut down for short intervals in an attempts to gather some sleep. You will also begin to hallucinate as time drags on. Your eyesight will go blurry, you won't be able to hear well, and the rest of your senses will be in disarray. Just take a nap or something.
Skyfire, I have to agree with some of the other posts here. You have to sleep. I know you said you're not tired, but you need to do something to make yourself tired. I don't know what works for you. I noticed a sleep-aid was recommended, this may be a viable option in your case. Drinking warm milk, as Cyberpony suggested, may work. For me, even cold milk makes me sleepy, I don't know why, but it does. Even something as simple as just laying down and resting your eyes may help. Your body will calm down and you may just drift off to sleep. My main concern is you being up as long as you have been. As others have said, this is a serious health risk and you need to try to do something to help you sleep, not try to do something to keep you occupied. Your boredom should be the least of your concerns at this point in time.
I once went 79 hours without sleeping. I experienced frequent blackouts, hallucinations, and complete physical exhaustion at the very end. I highly recommend you get some sleep. Quickly.
Listening to very calm music can help sleep for a lot of people. My sister is almost completely dependant on sleeping with music now, and really struggles to sleep without. Getting ambient music (like rain on the roof ) or something soothing like Enya would be good to try.
i have lost my mind before thats how i got the crazy whay i am now, and as i go mad i really acked more normal!
Go to sleep or die. There's nothing cool about staying awake for that long, and neither is there any good in glorifying how.many times you've almost died. Take some sleeping pills and go to sleep. Being insane isn't cool or crazy, it's a detrimental effect to one's health. Stop making it out to be good thing. I hope you're not reading this as you're too busy sleeping.
i'm not kidn' i've taken pills 30 min. A go, and i'm just sayn' i'm already crazy-it's not good- and i can't fall asleep. I hate being insane and this is a problem i can't get through with out some help!
Stop putting the advice off by saying you're already insane. You've asked for help, and 70+ hours without sleeping is no feat to be proud of. Serious health issues could be coming your way if you don't sleep soon, so get to it. As said before, it may be blunt, but we care, and the last thing we want is for you to damage yourself. Now, to the land of Nod with you! Sleepy! Sleepy!
