Ok folks, its time to see who wins the pet-olympics. Here are the rules: one pet each no cheating on your statistics CHARACTER SHEET: you shall pick an animal, and then apply the following attributes speed intelligance: mental acuity strength: the ability to move or lift pyshical objects coolness:must be atleast 20% cool stamina: ability to do pyshical tasks over time. dexterity:skill to perfom tasks you find the stats for your animal by using this http://www.bgfl.org/bgfl/custom/resources_ftp/client_ftp/ks1/maths/dice/six.htm and rolling it six times, taking the average number of the die rolls for that stat. and if one stats average is 6, a modifer of -1 must be placed on the next total, and if the result after the modifier is a 5, the next roll will become -2,a and so on, to prevent cheating or unfair play once you have your pet done, pm me the sheet, and on the 26th the games wil begin, and ill reveal all the competititors entries, but not their stats, they will go trhough 6 tasks, and whoever wins the most rounds wins the pet side of the competition But heres the twist everypony! when it begins youll have 100 bits, and before each event( wich will happen once every two days) you can place a bid on a animal, so you need to decide if you think yours may win, or maybe someone elses may take the cup! GOOD LUCK EVERYPONY!
Looks...interesting. But I don't quite understand the mechanics. Could you elaborate on how the stats are put into use, during the tasks? And also, I don't fully understand how the bidding will work.
Looks cool. But how do stats play into it? As for the betting thing is just for fun, since we can't transfer real currency through the site.
Here is how the bidding goes: say you put down 10 bits to win, and there were 5 competitiors. thirdplace gets their bet back, no more, no less 2nd gets x1.5 of their bet 1st place gets 2x their bet and in the competitions, you wil all roll one die, using the simulator, and then i will add your roll to that pets stat, wich gives the final total of that pet for that contest.
