Ah yes, Photo Finish. Obviously she seems like just a lulzy plot device, which is mostly true, but that doesn't make her boring. I think that many(and by many I mean me)laughed at her crazy way of speaking and accent, and her background music was really cool. Seriously, just search "photo finish bgm" on Youtube. Somepony filtered out most of the speaking, and the music is awesome; one could say that it has... DA MAGICKS! Ok, that's the only reference to her speaking, I swear. I don't quite appreciate her lack of appreciation for Rarity's fashion skills- after all, that's what led to her finding Fluttershy in the first place. Though, to be fair, the outfits that Rarity had Fluttershy wear weren't her best work. So yeah, she's funny and has awesome BGM, but that's about it.
She's one of my favorite bg characters, if not the most. I think she's funnier than many others, though being rude to her employees other than her models. xDDDDDD And she speaks alone, but everypony talks to her and she talks to them xDDDD My only complain is that she's actually based on Vogue's head editor, yet people keep even calling her Pony GaGa. Lady GaGa doesn't use that look from Paparazzi any longer - wait, she doesn't repeat a single outfit and hairstyle combo. Last time I checked, her hair was curly, big and YELLOW. NOTE: No, it's Paparazzi. In Poker face, her hair was longer.
She's a jerk, but for a reason. She wants everything to correspond to her vision so that she can make....ze magicks! Yet I must detract points from her for her treatment of Fluttershy. I love her background music and I think her assistants are some of the most awesomely designed back ground ponies in the show, especially the one with the pink hair combed to one side.
I like Photo Finish because she comes off as a little cooky, Avant-garde and definitely artistic in ways to me. I like that. I like to think I'm kinda like that myself. I'm fond of her character design too, even if a lot of people find it similar to Lady Gaga. I've got some kinda, what you could call "out there" fashion sense too at times. So I'm fine with that I s'pose. She does have fun music as well. I love how she speaks too, so much fun. She's certainly a character and that's why I like her. Like Windy above me said, I also like her assistants too. Well, their character designs anyway. I believe you're thinking of "Soigne Folio", Windy. She has pink hair and a red outfit. Nope, doods, what I'm complaining is because fans (little monsters among them) KEEP associating her with GaGa (not this is a bad thing, though), when she's clearly not enough eccentric to even resemble her. If she made any other appearance, she could be at least useful.
Hm, for some reason, Photo Finish is another character that I've been gradually taking a liking to, yet I can't figure out why. Honestly, I would be here all day trying to think of why I like her, but I don't think I'd be able to come up with a reason. She is kind of a neat character that I wouldn't mind seeing again! (if they have a reason to bring her back, that is.)
I like Photo Finish a lot! But now I don't know what to write about her... She is generally a great character... But she is only a little similar to Lady Gaga and very similar to Anna Wintour.
If they do bring her back, there should be some weird and highly unlikely circumstance in which she says "I, Photo Finish, am a fashion photographer, not a pop star!" That'll show all the people who say she's the pony version of Lady Gaga.

When I watched Green Isn't Your Color for the first time, I couldn't help but deeply dislike her. Loud, bossy, harsh, mean to Rarity. Well, she's still that, but otherwise, she's a cult character, overdone to the point of hilarity, who says something quoteworthy whenever she opens her mouth.
