So, this is me checking interest for an adventure game. The premise is that Princess Celestia has summoned four to six ponies renown for their adventuring prowess to investigate strange magics coming from somewhere in Equestria. It's completely freeform, but with me as the GM, I'll be keeping it fair. I'm going to be experimenting, but if I can't keep it under control, I will introduce a system called "Wushu." For characters, you can be an original pony, a Background pony, or even one of the Mane 6, if you so choose. In any case, is there anypony brave enough to venture into the dark parts of Equestria, to fight evil, risk their lives for great reward, and discover lost secrets?
Didn't expect so many responses so soon... Alright, Let me draw up a character sheet real quick. Name: (Pretty basic) Pony type: (Unicorn, Pegasus, Earth Pony, Alicorn) Special Talent: (Self-explanatory) Cutie mark: (You can describe it, but a picture is preferable.)
Um.. I don't like doing the basics so I am just going to do this. Name: Silver Edge Nickname: Edge Breed and Gender: Unicorn, Male Physique: A small pony but average pony Place of Birth: *Unknown* Residence: Ponyville Occupation: Fortune Teller Likes: Apples, ponies that keep to themselves, and money Dislikes: Happy go lucky people, snarky comments, and annoying people Personality: He is a very mysterious pony he came to ponyville and they treated him just like Zecora when he came to ponyville but for some reason people started come up to and told their fortune and it actually came true after a day or so he is still feared by some ponies. Special Talent/Cutie Mark: His cutie mark is a crystal ball but he can do unlimited amount of fortunes but you have to wait a 10 minutes before Silver can do it again and when he tells a fortune he can tell you the best thing that will happen tomorrow or what the baddest thing that will happen tomorrow. Appearance: A pure black pony with a silver mane, tail and pure yellow eyes. He always wears a cloak that only shows his eyes but his voice is always soundeds very muffled but can still hear the words.
Name: Snow Mark (usaully called Snow) Type: Unicorn ( Shes a mare/ female what ever one you want to call it) Special Talent: For the most part a jack of all trades, but is most powerful in a type of magic called essence magic, which is very volitile and powerful Cutie Mark: a black quetion mark (Forgot to mention that she was the 'second pupil' of Celestia, behind Twilight Sparkle, just read her description in the OC database)
Name: Ecliptic Species: Alicorn Gender: Male Age: 17 Cutie Mark: To the left....A solar eclipse with two jagged white marks across it Appearance: To the left.... A lanky, silver-grey alicorn with a golden mane Special Talent: Unrivaled tenacity i.e. stubborn determination to accomplish his goals
Name: Rashall Firemane Species: Pegasus Gender: Male Honor Mark: a spectral blue star in the bow of a crescent moon Appearance: to the left Special talent: can use words of power for various tasks, good at seeing and feeling things that others can't.
And that's five. I'll start the game momentarily. If another player wants to join later, I'll introduce them during the adventure.
Due to the nature of the story, there's hardly any time for introductions, however, the Princess will answer some questions.

I will join... If it is not absurdly fast. I couldn't keep up with Snow's thread, so I had to drop off from it. If it is like Lunar's or Solar's then it's fine for me. Prefferably something between those two.
