I like the first one and the second one is ok (pac-man looks a little flat across the top and bottom... not sure if it is suppose to look like that) and the last one looks like a gorilla to me more then pinkie pie, maybe try flattening off the top of the snout more next time cause the snout looks more like lips. I never done pixel art myself but these are the things i noticed hope they help.
