If you haven't already heard, Playstation Network has been hacked, giving out tons of personally identifiable information to the black market - so umm yeah, if you play on Playsation Network you should cancel any current Credit Cards you have. Information stolen includes names, addresses, telephone numbers, credit cards and more.

Figured I'd post this for the LBPC users on the site, since we have quite a few of them - though you've probably already heard.

Yeah been down a while now :S
Kinda scary if you think about it, just praying I removed my billing information last time I bought something (I usually do).

Hmm... DROP THAT SPOON MISTER!!! >:(
I NEVER buy anything online... Sooooo... Yay for me. :)

What is even more scary if you think about it... The only real reason PSN caught on was because the hackers showed themselves by messing with the online play... If they never revealed themselves, they could have stolen stuff right under PSN's noses.

This could even theoretically happen to ANY site you have used your card for...

But the reason I never buy anything online is actually because I'm not a fan of credit cards, and getting into debt. Debit cards are different though... sort of.
