Excuse me, maybe it's extremely stupid thread, but i've got quite difficult for me question: How many joints have ponies in their rear legs? I mean: in front legs ponies can move hoof, can they do this in their rear legs, or their first joint is in this narrowness under cutie mark? Maybe this picture is better description: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/44131220/Bez nazwy 1.jpg I have'n notices this movement, but I don't want to watch every episode again to check it, so maybe somepony knows if it's possible?

These might help: http://arch.413chan.net/how_to_draw_pony_legs-(n1296432673014).png http://img155.imageshack.us/img155/7789/1296237611983.jpg http://arch.413chan.net/how_to_draw_poni_legs-(n1298445228478).png Not really sure, I've never tried a walk cycle or even drawn an a posed pony before.
That's pretty cool. The characters don't bend identically to real horses mind you. The Apple Cider episode is one of the many examples of this.
