So, I'm familiar with General Zoi's pony maker(all hail), but it seems like some people here have access to some other pony makers I am not aware of....So, I'm just gonna ask where do you get your custom pony avatars?
I drew mine too. I guess you are thinking of the wet mane ponies. There is no creator for them, people simply edit the images the way they want them in an editing program like PhotoShop.

I prefer Gimp, but that's me. As for making alternative pony avies, I'm okay with Zoi's for now, although I may need ask around for a custom cutie mark(still reconciling with the fact I say that).
I'm guessing that alot of ponies can either draw their own pony pictures, or get somepony to draw it for them, or use some fanart of a canon pony. owo/
