So yesterday I was at a mall and bought two MLP t-shirts. I noticed that one had totally off-colors when i bought it, but I didn't really care. I took it home and looked at it some more, and noticed that it was probably a printing errror on it. Any pony or pony mane that was supposed to be the color of Twilights body was light blue, rather than a light purple. So a good portion of Celestia's mane, SweetieBelle's maine and tail, part of Rarity's mane, and Twi's body is all light blue lol Not like I really care, nor does it matter. It really does look kinda cool, but I just thought I'd post this here.. Anyone else got any strange pony merch like this?
So...if you don't care, how are you conflicted? lol I can't say that I've ever had the same issue, because the only merch I have is blind bags and so far they all seem just fine. But I'm really picky, so if I ever bought a shirt or anything and noticed that it was somehow flawed, I'd prolly return it. But that's just me. Toys, on the other hand, I'd prolly keep if one had a flaw from factory, sometimes that can make it more valuable and special. Just so long as it wasn't so screwed up that you could almost hear it whisper, "kill...mee." :derpe:
I know exactly what shirt you're talking about. I saw it last time I went to Hot Topic. There is a really cool shirt I want to get that has all the characters and 100% accurate colors.
I shouldn't say conflicted as much as confused on how the colors got to be that way without notice lol Even Spike is blue. But hey yea maybe it'll be worth something someday.
And of course now I realize that there is an area for pony merchant discussion... Still pretty new here lol.. Oops..
