    The profile picture of anyones profile I go to view (including mine) is not there. Avatars show up just fine it's just the profile pictures. Not really too huge of an issue just thought I would let you guys know.

    It could be that the privilege to see Profile Pictures was accidentally turned off for users and not mods.

    I just opened up someones profile in an incognito window, and yup, I was unable to view the profile picture. Saikyo seems to be correct.
