Orangebolt was early for homeroom again. It was his second day at a new school, and he had to come in early to sort some stuff out like locker placement, clubs, etc. He walked in the room, greeted Dr. Discord, and sorted his books and binders, putting what he needed today on his desk.
-Levi entered the room- (Levi) Excuse me, would there happen to be someone by the name of Orangebolt in this room at the moment?
(Levi) Heh...At ease, mate. My name is Levi. Principal Celestia told me to help you get connected to the school's Wi-Fi network. Do you happen to have a laptop or any other wi-fi-compatible devices with you today?
"Sure thing. Give me a moment." Orangebolt rushed to his locker, struggled remembering the combination for the first two times, and on the third time took out a messenger bag containing his laptop and phone, and coming back to the classroom. "Got them right here."
(Levi) Okay then. *cracks knuckles* *opens up his laptop* *goes into internet settings* *connects him to the school's network* Okay. try using your web browser while I get your phone on the internet, too.
"Got it." Orange booted up his laptop, and clicked on Google Chrome. The load times were a bit slow, but that was expected of a school network. "I'm connected."
(Levi) Okay, that one worked. *hands him his phone* Now try it on here. Your cellular connection should allow for faster loading times.
Orange tried accessing the school web page from his phone. Sure enough, it worked much faster. "Yep. All good here. Thanks... Levi, was it? Anyway, I hope I have you in one of my classes. Have a nice day!"
(Levi) Yep, that's my name. The same goes for you, Orange. *adjusts glasses* *exits the room* -Later, when 2nd Period comes around, Celestia has asked Orange to come to her office.- (Can you please play Tia?)
"So, how do you like the school so far, Orange?" "It's pretty good! I've only been through first period, and I'm having a good time. Dr. Discord is pretty humorous too." "Ah, yes. He may seem like fun and games, but his students really retain the knowledge. Well, I'm glad you're having a nice time. Head back to class, and give your teach this note." She quickly signed a late pass for him, and the dismissed him. Orange walked out of her office, and looked at his schedule. English with Ms. Daring. Wasn't too far from here. He sped his pace to a jog, and arrived at the door, which was already locked. He knocked on the door, and the teacher came to open it. He handed her the slip of paper, and she pointed him to an empty seat at the back of the class.
Orange gave a wave to Levi so he would acknowledge him, before taking his seat, and writing today's assignments on a notepad.
(Levi) *is busy typing up the notes when I notice Orange waving at me through the glare in the screen* *gives him a peace symbol*
"Ok class, I will allow you time to work on your literature projects now. Take out your books and begin reading." She walked to the back of class, at Orange's seat and whispered, "Do you have a book with you?" Orange leaned down and took out his copy of The Outsiders. "Excellent." She said before walking away. He opened the book and began reading.
