Soir was relaxing in his personal chambers- The apex of a tower paralell to Luna's. He got pretty bored often. He got paid lots of bits to sit around and do nothing. He really only met with the rest of the Night Watch during wars, riots or work parties. He decided to hit the town. He descended the tower, and walked out onto the streets of Canterlot.
Circuit Breaker was visiting his friend Levi in Canterlot, when he saw Soir walking by. "Hello there!" Circuit Breaker said to Soir in a calm yet cheerful voice. "I don't believe we've met. I'm Circuit Breaker." He holds out his hoof for a hoofshake.
"Hello." Soir returned the hoof shake. "I am Soir Meister. Nightwatch." Soir saw Levi. "Ah, acquaintainces with the princess' son? What sort of royal business do you do?"
Soir felt a vibration in his ear. "What is it? Hmm. I see." Soir got off his communicator. "There's a riot going on in the economic sector. Something about some secret society controlling their wages. Somepony threw a Molotov. Honestly. The things ponies think of these days, eh?" Said Soir, before trotting off to the economic sector."
"I know, right?" said Circuit Breaker, "Next they'll say the Equestria Trade Center attacks were an inside job or something!" Sent from my SCH-S720C using Tapatalk 2
Soir walked to the site of the riot, and met with Mind Sewer and Masquerade Reader. Masquerade walked into the riot, disguising himself as the head rioter. "Hey guys, look over to that blue unicorn! He has something to say!" Soir climbed up to a platform, and cleared his voice. "You are all under-arrest on the charges of conspirating, vandalism, and threatening public safety!" Soir then used his magic, putting them all to sleep, and Masquerade teleported them to the dungeon of the the Nightwatch tower, where they would be reprogrammed by Mind Sewer.

Soir jumped off the platform, and levitated a cup of coffee from the make-shift police tent toward him, and took a swig. "I won't be able to help you out with the reprogramming Mind, got some errands to run, sorry!" Said Soir, as he ran back to Circuit's location. Mind sighed. "Masquerade, teleport me to the dungeon please." Masquerade nodded, and then sent Mind to the dungeon, where the rioters were being reprogrammed into forgetting everything, as well as following any orders from the Nightwatch, should another riot occur.
