Cerali wandered through the Everfree, enjoying the stroll away from the stuffiness of her hive. "I wonder what the changelings have been doing...." she mused
Chrysalis was at her throne, keeping to the task of watching the changelings of her hive, as well as sense for intruders. Her outside guards keeping a tight watch on the near by hive entrance. Some are a bit deeper, scouting the area for possible threats. It's obvious Chrysalis keeps things organized and in line.
Cerali frowned as she approached the changeling's territory. her kingdom was new, so they weren't very organized, but she had managed to keep things more or less stable. she turned into a mouse to make sneaking easier before continuing onward through the forest. it was always a good idea to know what Chrysalis and her subjects were doing.
Chrysalis's drones watched a curious mouse scurry on by. Mice were not too common in the part of the woods that Chrysalis's Hive resides in. They keep an eye on the mouse, watching but not doing anything without Chrysalis's command. If there was a reason to be concerned, Chrysalis would tell them. And since this 'mouse' has been spotted, Chrysalis was already aware of it's presence.
Cerali saw the drones and mentally shrugged, scurrying deeper into their territory. no-body had ever said curiosity killed the mouse, after all, she thought, then immediately berated herself for making such a bad joke
Chrysalis smiles in her trance as she sifts through the thoughts of her minions. "It seems we have curious one. I suppose this day had to get fun sometime~" Chrysalis says to herself in a kind of demented glee. She wonders however what another would be doing so far from their own hive, unless there was a reason.
Cerali wound her way through the changeling's territory. she had been bored before, and was now contemplating whether that had been better. after several minutes, she decided it had not, and just enjoyed her exploration
Chrysalis sees that this 'mouse' was wandering, nothing more. Maybe it was time to play around and see what this 'mouse' wants. She shifts herself into a fox and leaves the hive, going after this newcomer to the forest.
Cerali frowned. she had been expecting a welcome far sooner, and this was honestly a bit disappointing. she decided being a mouse had become boring, and turned into a squirrel before scurrying up a tree
Chrysalis wasn't too far behind and she soon spots the shine of magic. It seems her newcomer shifted into something else. She made her way as a fox to the locations and sees a squirrel running up a tree. Chrysalis sit and looks up. "Hello there~"
Cerali turned around, sitting on a branch. "well hello! I was honestly expecting you to come sooner."
Chrysalis chuckles. "I guess I'm getting a bit lazy then if I'm expected sooner. My drones tend to do a lot of the work anyway." She says looking up to her curious new friend, possibly. "So what brings you into my part of the woods, hm?"
"things around my place are going quite well, and at the moment, I'm not needed. so I decided to see what you were doing. knowing about your neighbors is always a good idea." Cerali said, reverting to her normal self.
Chrysalis raises a brow and shifts back to her normal state herself. "Well, that is depending on whom you ask." She says, seeming to know something about neighbors. "Anyway, It'll be interesting to have a new hive around here. Maybe we could have some fun messing with some ponies~" She says with a dark smile.
Cerali grinned. "well this is a nice start to our diplomatic relations" she said, giggling. "what did you have in mind?"
Chrysalis giggles some. "That is a good question actually." Chrysalis says thinking for a moment. "Maybe my new friend would like to make some suggestions~"
Chrysalis smiles and nods. "Oh, that would be fun~ I know a few ponies from over in that direction which I think deserve a little Queen fun in their life" She replies with a dangerous glee.
Cerali giggled. "well, we shouldn't keep them waiting, should we?" she said, walking towards the village
