(Thank you!) Eluuna stumbled out from her temporary shelter. She was trembling with cold. Her green eyes were wide, and her too large wings hugged her, providing little warmth. She sighed, and spread her wings. Taking off, she flew a few feet into the air. She was quite good for her age, and she flew about fifteen feet up, looking for somewhere to maybe get a breakfast. A bit of bread, or maybe a little tea; that would be nice. She hadn't had tea in a long while.
Snow wandered about Canterlot, taking in the sites and pointing out to herself every time she saw a Mark Co building or business. Her family was probably the richest non-royal family in Canterlot, but unlike other rich families of the city, the Marks were not stuck up, they retained their country roots, their genorasity and caring for the poor. Many orphanages across the nation were actually run under Mark Co, straight from her family's pocket. And it's because of this the Marks where also an outcast family in the city of Canterlot, who looked down upon the Marks' dedication to having a happy workplace and encouraging ponane practices across Equestria instead of going for maximum profit. That is also whenever Snow found a not very well off pony on the streets, she did what she could to help.
Eluuna saw a white filly with a yellow mane walking down the streets. She knew who she was, Little Snow Mark. Eluuna walked backwards a little to avoid being seen.
As Snow was walking, she noticed another filly that looked about her age seemingly trying to hid. Intrigued, she approached the other filly, "Hello?" She asked, trying her best to suppress the country accent she picked up from her father, "Are ya okay?"
"Erm.. yes. I'm fine, thank you." said Eluuna. Her eyes were large, and she seemed to be making herself as small as possible. (Filly Eluuna!)
Snow suddenly burst out laughing, before calming down, "Ya think ah'm like one of them other rich folk?" She asked before her eyes suddenly got wide and she covered her mouth with her hoof, almost certain of this filly teasing her for her accent, like so many before.
Eluuna looked at her. There was no sign of judgement in her eyes. She didn't seem to have even noticed the accent. "No. I don't think so. I was more scared by other ponies themselves, not just wealthy folk like you, Mz. Mark." she said, in her careful, yet still broken accent, almost as if as much as she tried, she couldn't speak words quite right. She had a questioning look in her eyes. "Erm.. Mz Mark.. Why do you have your hoof over your mouth?"
"I'm sorry, I'm just use to ponies teasing me for me accent." Snow said, "And stop calling me Ms Mark! I'm just Snow! What's your name?"
"I'm Eluuna." said Eluuna. (Repetitivity is repetitious.) "Umm. I think your accent is lovely, Snow." said Elunna, her wings loosening.
Snow smiled at that, "You know you're the first pony to compliment my accent? My family doesn't hear it and everypony else just makes fun of me for it, so I have to force myself to talk like this. And it's nice to meet ya Eluuna." Snow finished, extending a hoof.
Eluuna shook it, and she smiled. "Well, there's a first for everything." she said, laughing. "Who knows, maybe my cutie mark is a trendsetter."
Snow's eyebrows raise at that, "You don't have your cutie mark yet either?" She asked, excitement building in her voice.
"How about we work together to find our cutie mark?" Snow asked excited, this could end up being a great idea!
Snow smiled at Eluuna's response, "Great! Let's start looking for topics that interest is and build from there. If, that's okay with you of course." (last post f the night, I must get some sleep for school tomorrow)
