Today while riding my Harley in Manchester NH, I ran across a fellow Brony driving his car. He had a Bronycon 2012 sticker on his bumper, which was the giveaway, Haha. I wanted to say hello, but I wasn't in the best of company to do so. Anyways, have you ever run across another Brony and you just weren't able to say hi? Kills me when that happens.
It happens to me all the time at school. if i can finally say something, they either have to leave or i have nothing to talk about ~_~ (or they just don't want to talk to me.. that usually is the main problem) It even happens at cons. but when i see a brony in public, i'm never able to say anything to them (they are usually in big groups or are grumpy) However, i have had several people who i do not know run up to me and brohoof me in public. :derpe:
I went into art class today and there was a montage of horse art on a canvas. One of them was a Pinkie Pie recolour. There's also a girl who walks around with a Rainbow Dash backpack. And then theres another guy who I have talked too. He makes pony hats, really good ones.
I once came across a girl with a Rarity keychain at a Subway. Of course, I was too shy to say anything. She even had Kingdom Hearts shirt, so she could've been my future wife in another dimension.
In my experience, everyone I've come across has approached me. There was one guy in the mall with a Rainbow Dash shirt and I noticed. I was going to say hi when I was done eating, but he finished first and came over to us instead. The Best Buy employee approaching me was pretty cool. I dislike when sales associates come to me and say "can I help you?" We talked about ponies and it looked like he was helping us so it worked out well.
I have only met one brony that I didn't know b4 at a conference. She was wearing an RD 20% cooler shirt. So I went over and was like, "Rainbow Dash is best pony." She was like, "Aw ya!" I tried to talk more but she left. She came up to me randomly later that day and we started talking MLP. We became friends. yay!
