Ok, im going to make a quick example. Lets say theres some one above me with an avatar, i rate it 60% theres some one who posted below me, lets say the guy rated me 10% And thats kinda how this game works. Now, don't be too mean when you rate someones avatar 1%. But be really honest and don't hurt others feelings. Thats pretty much all the rules.
