As much as I love video games, there's just nothing quite like the creative fun that can only be enjoyed around a table with friends. I'm a pretty avid tabletop gamer, and i'm always interested in learning about new systems to test out. So I thought i'd ask if anyone could recommend me a good system? Preferably something indie! I'm familiar with, and play, many of the popular systems like dnd and pathfinder! Other than that, this is basically for general discussion about tabletop gaming and, heck, i may even be able to recommend you a system as well!
BUCK Legacy? Me an Foxytail know the guy you made it and have played it plenty of times to recommend it. It's largely card based and similar to Munchkin, another game worth playing, but has more of an emphasis on getting through the dungeons alive, as a team, considering that a boss monster will take all of you to defeat.
Hmm, a pony themed RPG? Sounds pretty cool! I've heard of munchkin, but have never had the chance to play a card based system!
as someone who kickstarted the sequel to it, and helped the dude demo it as BUCK 2014, I can say its a good game. tricky to keep track of the modifiers, but that's because im very forgetful You can play it over Skype, so if u ever wish to play give me a shout.
