How do you feel about the show's tendency to redeem villains and antagonists? Would you like them to continue doing so, or not?
Uhm, isn't there a thread somewhere that talks about this topic already? I could swear there is. Or I maybe remembering the Discord Reforming topic, which talks about this general topic for him.
yeah I agree it depends on the villain. I don't like the ratio though, I'd like to see more villains that are just super evil and cool.
Honestly... it's starting to get annoying. If they're just going to be 'redeemed' they shouldn't have made those characters villains in the first place. Now granted, a few redemptions were well done. Well actually, to me, the only one that was well done was the Sombra one in the comics. The rest were horrid, made no sense, had ridiculous explanations, and then we're just expected to like them or give them a second chance. It's annoying. However clearly there really aren't many options. Either accept it, or don't and leave the fandom. So... yeah... it needs to stop. But that's clearly just me.
