Hello, everypony. So I've been, over the past few days, putting together an Acapella group called the Brony Tones. We currently have two singers, a lyricist and a cover artist.
But why I'm here is to recruit some female singers. We have a Bass and a Tenor, but I need an Alto, Mezzo-Soprano, and a Soprano, all of which will hopefully be female.
An example of what we'll be doing can be found in one of my videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S1HZXoYnLB0

Basically, in the style of the Pony Tones, no instrumental or background music will be used except for some subtle sound effects at points.
The first 3 songs we're going to cover will be Find the Music, Let the Rainbow Remind You, and You'll Play Your Part.
How it will work will be that I give you a BMP (I'm trusting the singer can get a feel for that, maybe have a metronome while they're singing), and I will either give out an MP3 file of the notes to hit or record the part myself and tell them to up it an octave or two, then I will receive the files back from the singers and compile it all, singing my own part and fillers myself, usually, although if there is a choir in the chorus as there is in Play Your Part, I will ask the Soprano or another to record chords.

If you want absolutely anything cleared up, I would be happy to answer some questions. I may accept one higher voiced male singer, but will still want a female Alto for melodies. I'll keep the post updated with places available.

    Bass: Bard (MLPForums)
    Tenor/Baritone: Bronyance
    Alto (Male, Optional): OPEN
    Alto (Female): OPEN
    Mezzo-Soprano: OPEN
    Soprano: OPEN

    Thanks!

Actually, you should do a bass/baritone, and leave tenor on its own. Typically, basses can hit a baritone's low range with a clearer sound than a tenor, and they're usually capable of hitting the higher ranges too.
