    I have an unconfirmed private message reciept but when I click the link to try to check who it is I get this

    We have receipts turned off and not available.

    Are you saying that you get the little bubble on the bottom left hand corner? The one that shows up also for Private and Visitor Messages, and only clears when you read them? Basically you have a notification that is stuck and won't go away?
