Yup...he had a seriously good run. Played good parts in so many good movies, and by my guess has been somewhat of a millionare. And now, as of today... 93. That ain't 100, but to me that's a pretty darn good age, well over 80. And what's the purpose of this thread? Memoirs, of course. Leave yours here, whatever they may be. P.S.: Unfortunately I can't find a news article to go with this right now, so...I don't know, post one here if you'd like.
Wow, I'm so behind the times. My favorite actor has died, and I only just found out about it. I always told this joke that before any book I wrote was ever made into a movie, my favorite actor would probably be dead. It wasn't meant out of meanness, because I idolized the man, but rather was a quip about how I expected it would take some time for my career to take off the way I want it to. Christopher Lee was an awesome actor, the sort of person whom I always thought of as being so cool that he didn't seem entirely real. Some part of me as a child, when I would say that, expected that he would just go on living forever, but I think I am only too happy to say that he lived.
WHY, GOD?! WHY?! WHY WASN'T IT BIEBER?! Seriously, though, this is rather depressing news. He was one of the best villain actors of all time.
He wasn't just an amazing actor, he also aided the Special Forces in WWII and hunted down Nazi war criminals. He was generally a pretty amazing guy and it's kinda hard to believe he's gone.
