Name: Rockout Eddie Stringer (a.k.a. Rockette) (Picture is a fantasy sequence depicting Rockout's female and male forms.) Gender: Male (with medicine)/Female (without) DOB: 10/21/87 Species: Earth Pony Cutie Mark: Black guitar History: Rockout Eddie Stringer was born in Flanksington in 1987. His mother, Forty Love and father, Blues Tone (Tony for short) divorced when he was 2 but remained friends. Rockout lived with his mother, stepfather, and adopted sister Roxy. Rockout was very introverted and spent most of his time playing guitar in his room. He wanted to be in a band but was afraid of being on stage. It was at a school talent show when he was 8 that Rockout finally got his cutie mark (although he calls it his 'brand'). Some of the colts who had often teased him were performing as a band. Their guitarist was grounded and had to quit so the drummer, Sticks Sabian, who was one of Rockout's few friends, convinced the others to ask him to play 'Colt in the Box' with them. Reluctantly, Rockout said yes and totally nailed the guitar solo. Thus, overcoming his stage fright and earning his 'brand.' Rockout now runs Flanksington Music & Lighting with his sister and continues to play in the band Unstable with his friend Sticks. Due to a magical mishap by his sister Roxy, Rockout is now biologically a mare (nicknamed Rockette). He must take androgyne oil (a rare seed extract from the Everfree Forest) every night in order to remain a stallion. Personality: Rockout is a generally caring kind of guy who enjoys a good time and a good laugh. His emotions tend to drift a little towards the extreme as he is usually quite mouthy when angry but he is seldom violent. He is often in a bad mood when he is female due to his desire to stay male. This often fades with time but still causes him stress and aggravation. Name: Roxanne Amalthea "Roxy" Stringer Gender: Female DOB: 7/1/90 Species: Unicorn Cutie Mark: Vinyl record with lightning bolt History: Roxy is a unicorn whose two loves are rock'n'roll and eating. Ask her anything about music and she'll fire off an answer before the last syllable. As a foal, she was adopted and now works at Flanksington Music and Lighting with her big brother Rockout. Also, since she was raised by 2 Earth ponies, her magical abilities are limited. She can levitate objects but chooses not to except for in emergencies. Personality: Like her brother, Roxy is caring but quite vocal when agitated. She is seldom violent. She also has seemingly an endless appetite especially for waffles. Both she and her brother share a love for pranks. Although, Roxy has far more zeal for pranking than her brother. She feels quite guilty for turning her brother into a girl and hides a lot of her pain by picking on him while he is female. Name: Wild Suzanne Awry Gender: Female DOB: 2/4/88 Species: Pegasus Cutie Mark: 3 pink hurricanes History: Wild is a pegasus with a particular talent for stirring up miniature hurricanes. This also sometimes causes a problem as she is somewhat clumsy. Because of this she was fired from the weather patrol in Flanksington and now works at the marketplace while doing other odd jobs such as house cleaning, hair, babysitting, etc. She is also Rockout E. Stringer's girlfriend. Personality: Wild is a very caring pony who enjoys a good time and has a passion for life. She gels well with her BFF Roxy and her boyfriend Rockout because she too appreciates a good prank. Wild seems to enjoy giving Rockout makeovers and dressing him up when he is in his in his female form. She may or may not be totally aware of just how much it DOES bother him but she means nothing malicious by it. In other words, she simply likes making "Rockette" look pretty. She is also the voice of reason in many predicaments. Although her lectures can be somewhat lengthy, she has a pretty good head on her shoulders.
