I have an idea for a forum game. I'm asking for interest first to see if anyone would participate in it, and it's a role player thing so I'm checking for interest. You will get "challenges" or assignments, whatever, and will have to do them. Some will have you building a character, reacting to circumstances in character, or even trying to control other people's characters as the character would act. The whole idea is to test your skill as a roleplayer, without restricting you to a specific roleplay. Why is it an academy? Because you will be graded. A B or C for each "assignment." You won't be graded on how long your post is, or how you do quotes, or grammar. You will be graded on how well you play the character, and how creative you are. It's all about fun and improving your roleplay skill. You are of course not affected by the grade. The grade would be for if you want to know what I thought of your response to the challenge and nothing else. So, that's the idea, how many people would participate, if any. (If zero I will be kinda sad, but I understand.)
Ok. 2 is enough to start it up. http://www.everypony.com/forums/showthread.php?13055-Roleplayer-Academy&p=481251#post481251
I'm in. I like this idea, Dreamer. It's as fun as it's constructing, and might even help us find ideas and/or concepts for other rps.
