Dear Princess Celestia, Today I learned that Twilight Sparkle and Starlight Glimmer will use time travel spells for selfish personal reasons, but won't use them to help a friend in need. I also learned that Rarity should finance her own ice cream store with the quantity of it that she needs and all. Rarity started the punk revolution in Equestria and made it look good. If Rainbow Dash could figure out a way to make cloud manes mobile, that would be pretty much the best thing ever. I think she should get a research grant for this. I'll probably remember more later. A really good Rarity episode. I don't care too much for Zecora, but I liked how everyone got to play a minor role in the story. Pinkie Pie wanting to be told a scary story about a pony curling and curling to become one big curl had me thinking about Uzumaki. I think that would be the perfect story for her.
So Vern gets Zecora's shampoo and remover potion mixed up and ends up looking like she lost an argument with a weed eater. I can't be the only one thinking Zecora is partially to blame for not labeling 2 similar looking blue potions to prevent such a hazard. Is there an Equestrian equivalent to OSHA? Can I get some MSDS files on these chemicals she uses? Am I reading too much into this? (Don't answer that last one. ) And seriously, restoring a mane is the trickiest magic? Ponyville has no wig shops? So many unanswered questions. So little time!! Moving on, way to make the most of a bad situation!! And she really ROCKED that mane!! Is she just gonna keep getting cooler with time!? My guess is an emphatic YES!!! Tidbits: Vern can play guitar and rock a mohawk so I think it's safe to say she has a rock n'roll side... that I wanna see MORE of!! And no, Vern is not a lemon. She is a marshmallow. DUH!! Also, crystal ponies' manes are apparently super fragile. I wonder if instead of barbers, they just have glass blowers make/style them. And that had to have been the longest time skip in a single episode!! Overall: 6/10 Funny story, earlier this week, the lady that cuts my mom's hair screwed her bangs up pretty bad. Needless to say, she was pissed but she did manage to trim and fix them herself.
