Such depictions are prohibited by the computer games guidelines.” Isn't that just ridiculous? Isn't this what they just installed the 18+ rating for? They really don't think adults are capable of controlling themselves over a videogame? It is so messed up that their able to basically dictate what people can or can't watch/play. Not going to stop them from pirating or importing though! Sucks that that's what they have to resort to in order to play the game
Here in the UK, sexual violence in media is a huge deal. There's been numerous films the BBFC outright banned due to it. Seeing as it's a game, and interactive, that will be perceived as worse than just watching it. Saying that, the UK is yet to ban this game, then again, Australia isn't exactly known for allowing this kind of media. I had to write a 2 hour essay on media censorship 2 week ago. <_>
Games are $68 in Australia, that's an absurdity in of its own self, the banning of a game is just silly. If you pirate or import it, I won't tell, too bad multiplayer won't work if it's cracked.
They just didn't want those dubstep guns in their country. Stupid decision. A game is sometimes just a game, not a promotor of sexual violence.

Australia and Germany's censorship bureau are a bunch of paranoid morons. Pirate it. Games don't make people "evil", bad parenting does.
Apparently, a 'fixed' version for Saints Row 4 will be made. Might still be banned here however. Even with the new R18+ rating, they are still refusing games to be allowed here. Yes, some are just disgusting but some are decent like Saints Row. Honestly, i don't care as long as they leave Fallout 4 alone.
