I'm not too excited by the episode itself, but that's just based on the summary. I guess we'll see tomorrow~

I loved this episode. ^_^ It was Funny, It has Pony-lore, It had Applebloom in a bunny Costume. (Cuteness overload.), A lot of accents :3, And Big MacIntosh said more than 'eeyup' or 'nope'. Also, Watching the Stream, I noticed how Weird American TV is. >.> Frequent, (But short, fortunately.) Commercials... But The Commercials itself are weird too. Or they look like Home-shopping shows. Also, Rainbow Dash approves of those Dash-apples.
Very nice episode. Going into this I was thinking that Granny Smith would have done something humiliating in class. I never would have thought this episode would have the story of the origin of Ponyville, and that Granny Smith was a part of that! I really liked this episode, although the whole "Zap Apple" thing seems kind of strange to me. I REALLY was hoping Applebloom would have gotten her cutie mark this episode!

Thank you for finding the episode. Finally the new one ^^ ! Pretty cool indeed, I really like the Granny Smith story. Hopefully there are images, I can't understand one word of Granny Smith ^^' Lol in this episode we have 20% cooler apples Only one of 6 of the mane 6, pretty rare. But no problem, CMC adventures are epic Not my favorite episode but nice one.

Family Appreciation Day (Season 2, Episode 12, written by Cindy Morrow): To be honest, I didn't expect this to be that good. To be honest, I don't care that much for the Apple family, but this surprised me. However, some points are lost for the major continuity error and lack of most of mane 6. But still, this was very enjoyable. Final grade: A-
I'm surprised how good this episode was. I do enjoy every episode, but some more than others, and I'd say this was one of the best episodes this season...so far. I didn't expect this episode to make me a fan of Granny Smith, but, hey...she's pretty awesome. :3 There is a possible continuity error--last season, Twilight said that Winter Wrap Up had been going on in Ponyville for "hundreds of years". In-universe, it's possible to explain this through various theories--for example, she may have been exaggerating just how long Winter Wrap Up had been going on. Or maybe towns other than Ponyville used to have Winter Wrap Up and it was a tradition carried on by the Apple family and the other ponies who moved there a hundred years ago. Out-of-universe, it's just a minor continuity error. Also bunny-costumed ponies are adorable. <333
Granny Smith is now 2nd best pony This episode was awesome, and more history in it to (possibly) make some fanon theories disappear xD And as much as the bunny costumes were cute, I found filly Granny to be more adorable Also thought of Pixel wit that last bit at the end with Diamond Tiara with bunny ears :derpe:
