If that is even the evil villian, it might have something to do with that one screen of them appearing to be super heroes. She does look super villainish, plus that laugh animation.
She looks awesome I can't wait to see her in future episodes assuming of course she is going to be in more than one episode.
She'll be in one episode, get defeated easily, and somehow end up on just about everybody's list of favorite characters.
Ignore the bottom two pictures. This is what I believe that villain will be a part of. She looks similar in a way. She appears to have a uniform. She also seems to be in a machine or something, I see levers and such. She also reminds me of the joker.
I believe the episode is titled 'Power Ponies'. I agree, it appears as though this particular villain will be appearing in that episode. It's more than likely going to be using the characters from the show to fit the parts. This might be Luna though I'm not really sure. Celestia might be in it as well as other ponies, like Derpy (fingers crossed). As for her appearing in other episodes, this is going to be a one time special (I think). I doubt we'll be seeing her again in the show ... but the attention she's going to receive is more than likely going to be excessive. Isn't that what makes bronies amazing though. They make sure every pony gets the attention they deserve ^^
