Well in the end she was quite happy, though ^.^ Also I wonder with how much stuff spike has to keep up with....
Unfortunately... I don't really have much to say about this one. Spoiler It certainly wasn't the greatest episode. Dash achieved her dream, however, bad memories came back with the nickname. At first it seemed like the Wonderbolts were being out of character from what I've seen from them in the past. However... the Dash imitations of the rest of the Mane 6 was FREAKING HILARIOUS. She kept trying so hard to stand out in a different way and it failed so many times. In the end apparently the Wonderbolts give everyone slightly mean nicknames because of stuff that happens to them on their first day? I'm a little unsure about what the 'moral' of this episode is supposed to be honestly. I wouldn't call this a bad episode but it wasn't the greatest either. Mediocre episode with occasionally funny Dash antics.
I was kinda hoping they'd have an R. Lee Ermey pony to give Rainbow Dash her nickname. /What have we got here? A *bleeping* comedian?!?
I liked the ending, but I've never been a fan of cringe comedy, and Dash was acting especially cringy towards the middle of the episode. 7/10
My Dashie's a Wonderbolt!!!!!!!!!!!! This was a pretty awesome episode!! Dashie achieves her dream, gets a horrible nickname, tries to shake it but makes it worse... you know the plot. Solid story and plenty of hilarity!! Yeah, those impressions were DEFINITELY cringeworthy but I got a good kick out of them. Overall: 8/10 Also, WHAT IS SPITFIRE'S NICKNAME!?
I didn't wanna want to watch this one at all at first because I knew this was a wonderbolt because I hate the wonderbolts in this show. After watching it all it did was put me in a foul mood. Now I feel like I need to go get drunk.
Now that I think about it, credit where it's due. I don't remember other ponies acknowledging the whole saving Equestria about a dozen times before one of the Wonderbolts did. So kudos to them for having gratitude for the mane 6. Other ponies need to learn some respect.
Aside from the CMC, I think you're right!! Of course they are tight with the mane 6 so it's good to see that it hasn't gone unnoticed by the rest of Equestria!
The Mane Six do get acknowledged every once in a while, but I think that the writers don't put that in very often to drive home the point that they're just normal, average ponies, in spite of the extraordinary things they do. It's easier for people to identify with a farmer or dressmaker than with some big celebrity.
Huh, that was quite an unexpected episode to me. Dashie becomes a Wonderbolt! I really liked the smile she did at the beginning. But yeah, RD's impressions of the mane six were a bit cringeworthy. I had a feeling she'd get her usual nickname, Rainbow Crash. (I'd prefer Rainbow Trash, though.) Some nice touches as well. Besides Twilight, I think Dash had the most character development. Overall, I'd give it a 9/10. I REALLY WANT TO KNOW SPITFIRE'S NICKNAME!!!
Okay, this is my first S6 Episode and what did I think? Spoiler: If you haven't seen the episode yet, what are you doing here? Do you WANT to be spoiled? Well, to say I didn't enjoy it would be so far from the truth it takes light 42 million years to get there. So yeah, Dashie's a Wonderbolt now. I just... all the feels. You people have made me proud of a cartoon horse with rainbow-colored hair! That's quite an accomplishment. Scootaloo was great in this as well. Almost got a heart attack whenever she was on screen. Pinkie was great too, had me chuckling with every word out of her mouth. Also, the bit where Rainbow Dash imitates the other Mane 6 was just... funny. It's stupid, yes, but I can forgive stupid when it's only for a brief moment (unless that's the entire point, like, say, Beavis and Butthead or Idiocracy). And I was actually a little impressed with Ashleigh's voice acting range here. Holy crap. I didn't particularly care for the whole "Rainbow Crash" thing, though. Especially the childhood flashback. But, unlike a certain... other episode *cough, Mare Do Well, cough cough*, I can look past this, because: A) It's not exactly OOC for the Wonderbolts (as opposed to... that other episode), and B) It's not just unique to her, they all do this to each other. With all of that said, I enjoyed it. Very much. Not the best, not the worst, and a fitting way to show Dash beginning to live her dream. And if Spitfire had to whisper her nickname, well... I guess we really don't wanna know.
It was okay. It kind of lost it's momentum towards the middle for me, but otherwise it wasn't that bad.
Didn't really notice it, but I suppose it makes sense for Equestria. Ponies don't usually wear clothes anyway.
I... just... you know. Its one of those things and I would agree about equality greatly. Though if I remember correctly didn't the movie Super Troopers have that same thing, except the men and women shared the shower room. The future sure is different.
