So it seems like all the attention this fandom has garnered over the years has finally died down. Bronies are part of the internet congrats. We even made it to the news like most other things from the internet. So what I'm getting at and topics to discuss: >The fandom is calming down but we've lost many of our older audiences but gained plenty of younger ones >15 years of age >We're trying still really harder to gain attention from the media >Equestria Girls 2 might mean that Hasbro is still tendering to the fandom but the recent take downs of MLP content shows that they don't exactly like us >And general state of the fandom right now.
What are you trying to say here? If this is about anyone 15 or younger and you are trying to say that the fandom is being ruined by them then you are probably right but I am 15, so I can understand the majority of my age group tend to degrade the fandom.
what I have noticed is that on local scale, lately there are more members around 14-16 age, who, lately, did some problems in irl meetups. However, after some discipline measures have been made by admins, they have calmed down and apologized for causing problems on irl meetups, so now things are fine again, but only on local scale. I'm not really sure what has made demographic of fandom change lately.
What the hell are all these kids doing watching cartoons, anyway? Shouldn't they all be playing outside?
Is this another State of the Fandom discussion? Because it's old...this gets talked about all the time, even on threads that have nothing to do with it. I doubt we need a thread specificlly to beat that horse to death. ...because it's been dead for a few years now.
