It has been over 12,000 years since the fall of the three corrupted species imprisonment. In the mortal realm, man has still not found a newer planet, but in the realm of mythology, man can go beyond that point. The Three Corrupted Species was a game made for the PlayStation Gameplay Systems, or G@mer P0ds. When they were first created, small tests were run on them and the first P0d system game had been released. Five after it had swiftly been released into the market, more than 150 people had died. Nothing was done about it except it memory, game installation, and fans were upgraded and increased. After updates and upgrades G@mer P0ds were more accurate and sufficient, two years after the newer systems release less than 12 people had died. -Spirit Realm, Judgement Room- The gods and goddesses debated during the night, deciding if they should proceed with the war they were in. The Three Corrupted Species, The Drednai, Drachi, and the Dredge have ravaged the realms, they could not be stopped or even touched. "We need to take action now!" One of the gods yelled slamming his fists down. "I understand, but how can we defeat something when we can't even get close to it?" "I don't care if we can't touch it, we need to-" "THATS ENOUGH." A loud booming came from the dark halls. A dark walked towards the group, "We not need to fight our enemy." A woman stood strong and tall, this was Azura, "How can we not-" "I have already chosen our champions, their death should be swift-" "You mean that you would commit murder!?" "Yes," The dark figure said, "What of our armies and empire are left? How long can we go before we fall? These mortals are our last chance at surviving. If they can defeat HIM, then we shall be free of this damnation." (Begin when your ready.)
Kyle finished yet another battle in 'TBS - FW', and reached 23. He opened up his character menu, and began to distribute his points. Since it was an odd level, he earned a skill point, which he promptly gave to 'Electrical Piercing' and boosted it to the maximum rank. He also took a moment to review what skills he already had, and to set up a new combo chain. There was a slight glitch, followed by a small amount of pain, and readied the crowbar. He waited a few moments, as if waiting for a battle with an unknown assailant. A minute passed before he went back to building the combo.
John carried a bomb, "Cover me Cover ME!" He yelled as tanks began rolling along with two Vipers (Attack choppers) and LAV's. They had him pinned, and boy o boy did he have a kill streak. He had picked the Engineer kit for this kind of battle. 10 points for bomb possession. This was not good at all, but when the enemy vehicles began shooting tons of missiles were launched at them, either destroying them or disabling them. John took off in a sprint with only 20% health left, recon units trying to pick head shots, Engineers trying to blow him up, support posting up for the kill. He was basically screwed sideways. As John was shot upon, his fellow teammates intercepted the enemy team and killed off most of them, but they would respawn anyway. He finally got to the last objective and planted the bomb. He posted up in a hidden corner no one knew about. As the enemy teammates entered the room John made sure they were taken care of, but one of them was smart enough to throw a grenade in the room, killing himself and John. He respawned, just in time as the objective was destroyed, his team won.
Satisfied, he closed the menu, and looked around the dungeon he was in. The remains of Moscow's South District were riddled with craters from bombings, artillery, and from guerilla warfare with the invading aliens. Fighting aliens was a common theme for war games, and the senseless violence helped get his anger under control. His current mission was Recon, and it involved going into enemy territory. Somewhat familiar to him, though; he chose Russia as his starting country, since Germany was randomly selected as a 'dead zone' for this run-through. Readying his crowbar, he continued down the path. John was greatly satisfied, not only did he get the most kills and made to the top 5 in scoring, but he finally unlocked a Stinger. The dim red light around him flickered, and then everything went black. He was clueless to what was going on until a white blinding light grew under his feet. Wind could be felt and clouds could be seen- wait, clouds were in a hole in the ground? John looked down as he felt gravity pull him in. When he fell through the hole he was flying in mid air, having no clue what in the hell was going on.
After a few minutes of travel, he encountered an alien ambush, consisting of two Mutated Arachnids and a Hive Drone; nothing Kyle had any difficulties with before. One of the MAs had the first strike, and spewed venom at him. It was an inaccurate attack, and Kyle easily dodged it. With his turn, he charged at the Drone and swung several times at it, the final blow in the form of an overcharged right swing. The Drone was sent flying back, rolling a few times before finally stopping, and leaping a few feet into the air before spreading insect-like wings and flying right back. The Drone rammed into Kyle head-first, and sent him flying back, in more pain than he out to have been in. Doubled over, he was left exposed to be attacked by the other Mutated Arachnid, the bite it gave him sending a weak poison through his veins. Kyle - 'Something's... wrong...!' John was flying through the air, something that was not part of the game. He activated his parachute which would spring open to stop his falling. It never happened, he only got two canisters and a sledgehammer, that wasn't weird at all. He noticed some brown under him, earth. He needed to find a way to- It was too late, well, not really. John had landed in brown murky water. He swam out of a small crater and looked around, seeing ruins of some sort. He checked his Scar-H strapped to his chest, it was in good condition. John would begin walking, but he heard something. A rather large… spider-thing was crawling towards him, its mouth drooling green slime and foam. He unstrapped the rifle and began shooting. The bullets sank into the creatures skull but still kept coming. John kept shooting at it until, "Frag!" He pulled the pin to a grenade and threw it under the creature. The explosion caused the creatures underside damage as it stumbled back, but as it recovered it proceeded to crawl towards the man screeching. John had no other options left, he turned and began running, seeing a large dead tree. He could use that to his advantage.
The explosion took the heat off of Kyle, who started to heal his wounds with a surge of electricity. The Drone was the fastest, and flew off at a blistering speed. One Arachnid stayed behind, though. Kyle - "Not enough yet!?" It hisses, charging. The effort was futile, because Kyle had already expected the charge, and had his crow bar ready. One strike to the head and victory was achieved. Earning his experience and spoils of war, a new objective appeared. 'Investigate Explosion'. Simple enough. As John approached the tree, he could hear a buzzing noise starting to approach, the Mutated Arachnid hearing it as well and fleeing in a state of terror. Sent from my SPH-L900 using Tapatalk
John stopped abruptly, hearing the noises. He couldn't see anything but dead grey leaves, he backed up seeing the large insect flee swiftly. He pointed his rifle at the direction of the large amounts of buzzing. Some form of objective appeared at the bottom of his glasses (military sun glasses), simple enough, it was to survive, "You have got to be *******ing me," Sure enough, large amounts of these giant ass creatures flew out of the tree. John began firing, each creature falling to a single blow. Then even bigger flying insects began flying towards the man, he began running, "S**T!!!"
Kyle, hearing the shots, picked up the pace. He climbed the hill with the tree, and saw the fight taking place. Kyle - "Get down!" He readied his crowbar to be thrown. Sent from my SPH-L900 using Tapatalk
Hearing the words, John ducked as one of the large insects landed right above him. It tried bitting his head off but he kept move it in order to stay alive. He creature lifted its own head, spreading its many fangs and mandibles and it strike, but bad timing. As the head came down, John shoved the barrel of his rifle in its mouth and fired.
Kyle threw the crowbar, having it arc into the group of Drones. That's when he fired a bolt of electricity into it, creating an electrical sphere that fried the Drones, sending them crashing into the ground, including the one that John blew the secondary brain of. After the blow, Kyle fell to a knee, still exhausted from the previous encounter, and started to pant.
John pushed the creature off, shocked to see what had happened. He looked around only to see another man, that was a good sign. With his Scar-H at the ready John walked towards the man carefully, but stopped, point the rifle at the man, "What is your name?" He asked firmly.
Kyle slowly stood, looking at John. "Yours first, comrade. Why are you in a Quarantine Zone? You were almost eaten alive out here!"
John was confused, now there were other questions to ask, "Just call me John, and what in the hell is a quarantine zone?"
Kyle - "Were you born yesterday?" He goes to the center of the destruction, where his crowbar laid in the ashy soil. A Drone twitched a bit as he pushed it aside, but was dead. "It's Kyle, by the way." Sent from my SPH-L900 using Tapatalk
John lowered his rifle, "What is a quarantine zone? No, where the hell am I?" He was still confused, but would John have to trust this guy?
Kyle - "Not here. You're coming with me back to Moscow-3. Are there others?' Sent from my SPH-L900 using Tapatalk
"No," John regretted saying that, he was playing with his BF4 friends and wish that they were here with them, but he didn't want them dead in reality, "Just me." Moscow-3? The hell was going on?
